What is the validity period of my Gift Card?
The validity period is indicated on the back of the Gift Card.
What happens if my final bill costs more than the value in my Gift Card?
You may make payment of the final bill with the value in the Gift Card in conjunction with other modes of payment for the balance amount due.
What happens if I have misplaced my Gift Card?
Contact using the form HERE to explain the situation, and provide us with the serial number of the Gift Card. The misplaced card will be disabled, and the balance remaining in the misplaced Gift Card may be transferred to a new Gift Card.
What should I do if my Gift Card expires but I have balance funds remaining inside the Gift Card?
